Today, the property has already been purchased, and we are midway through the construction scope, narrowing the interior design options and refining the operational planning. At the same time, we are beginning to thoughtfully introduce the concept publicly and seek strategic funding partners who believe in the power of creative infrastructure and community-centered cultural investment.

We are not simply building a house., We are building a platform for artistic exchange, cultural storytelling, creative tourism, and long-term community impact.
